Discussing the show and past episodes is fine. Do not put things that have happened in the TV series in spoilers. However, don't spoil things from the books that may happen in future episodes. Put book spoilers in spoiler tags with a CLEAR WARNING that it is from the book. |

#1 wouldn't have believed you #2 would probably have stopped watching 3 episodes ago.
... I guess I'll watch the rest of the season riding on the recent high that was the last 15 minutes of Sunday's episode but this definitely is a major disappointment.
edit: I was so excited at the prospect of the group moving on after the last episode too. Such a buzz kill.
I feel you man. I love this show but it has been so boring lately.
My girlfriend started complaining about the farm a few episodes ago, I told her dont worry it'll pick up and now that I know that the rest of the season takes place on the farm idk what to say
guess ill just watch them all later when they're all out

Looked like a lot of TvT and probably a bit of TvZ

There's some stranged waves of hatred around this show that i really don't understand. It's a solid tv show, i've given it a 7 at imdb.

I'd say it mostly has to do with the agonizing slow pace of character development. Where subtlety might be more prudent, we've gotten a lot of "hey this person did this and said this so feel this way about them." While diversion from the comics is fine, I think they've gotten way too far the path in some ways. Failed expectations could also play a part, take for instance the mid-season finale and the lack of dimension on a lot of characters this season.

I for one am enjoying the crap out of it. There are so many zombie flicks that just completely fail on delivering what Walking Dead is so good at - human interactions in a post-apocalyptic hell.
well... it's just that lori is not really the 'barbara from night of the living dead'...
she's more like sara, the dense muppet from prison break.
hmmm.... maybe we should be blaming the actress.

Time for the Walking Dead <3 Judging from the preview before the show, it looked pretty well

Wasn't it daylight still during the last episode?

So uh, did Shane find Lori? Wasn't paying attention

I have a few questions. He didn't make sure the guy behind the counter was dead, correct? So what if he's still alive.
Also season 2 isn't as good as season 1 because they lost one of their major writers, in my opinion.

So by this scene I think we have strayed pretty much from the comics...
