Looks like VG's Meta riding is at an end. Newbee had a good MDL, and they're back in the dumpster. VP and OG going through weren't surprising (after Pain punk'd TL in that game), but I'm happy for Optic making it through. I'd say they were playing better (please don't draft mid Kunkka anymore; yes, it works occasionally, but it is so fragile), but I think it was more Ninjaboogie just playing a lot worse than everyone else. I think the team with the more cohesive draft won all 3 games, but all 3 could have gone either way. 33's blink + hex on Lycan was a really good adaptation to that game, and it was the winning formula. As for handicapping day 2, I expect VP to 2-0, and I favor Optic over OG, mostly because ppd normally has fly's number. Fnatic, TL & Mineski out of the groups, but LGD.fy could pull the upset. | ||
