Dream BO1 match ups
Secret vs EG
Wings vs Col (Now Swindle can see first hand a chinese team that doesn't fit his justified stereotype [he should always have a Wings and LanM influenced team asteriks in his commentary])
Mineski vs VG Reborn (Sacrificial lamb for the sins of the old guard chinese interaction with SEA teams)
Luke Skywalker vs Emperor Palpatine
I'm ok with this match up
Mineski vs Secret
Complexity vs Alliance
Empire vs VG Reborn
Wings vs EG
Any combination in the upper bracket will be solid.

I thought they are more cfg heavy than the other teams. What does that even influence? Pretty sure stuff like configuring buttons to check runes is still allowed. I'm confused what people are referring to in terms of being "cfg heavy". Also EG and Secret just haven't been particularly impressive throughout with these lineups, Secret obviously even less so. players may need sometime to get used to the new set of hotkeys, which is huge. As far as I understand nothing in terms of changing hotkeys is not allowed. What's not allowed is binding multiple things to one button for example
That is exactly what I mean, let's say, you used to check both runes with one button, With the change you need to press 2 different keys to check the two runes and move the camera back to you hero.

I hope the bracket is made right after today's matches

Damn these are not words you want to see being tweeted right now in the middle of a tournament. Sad days being an EG fan right now

Oracle destroys all 3 Fnatic heroes. This is almost Navi picking Nyx Assassin tier.

assuming LGD lose immediately, and col wins one, that's a pretty dreamy match.
alliance is still playing!

If Sumail gets kicked from EG, you may not see him in another ti1 team in a very long time. He's been on decline for awhile now.

It is only tight between teams, because the lot of them are in the same hopeless loop. Valve going in the opposite direction and inviting more, is clearly not the answer. Dota has gotten sloppier but I don't think it's because the invite system is causing teams to be rusty. It's more like huge patches are blowing up the meta every couple months and huge roster shuffles are blowing up teams every couple months, so there's zero stability or polish to anything. We're always seeing half-baked product

first game i can watch at home... i understand your criticism concerning black. well i am german so i dont mind it THAT much since i get confronted with this kind of engl on a regular basis but the things he contributes to the panel are pretty good imo!

rtz killed both secret and eg sadface

if diverse picks is a definition of zero polish, that's great. raise the bar on players' skill level across multiple heroes and multiple strategies.
