Yeah, you lose the dmg drain, but you get silence, playmaking ability, core veil and can instagib supports in 5v5 fights. It's bristle who is the problem in this type of drafts, Void+Phoenix counter DK+Naix alright.

If you need to nerf Sun Ray you can just nerf the cooldown, nerf the base damage of it, or undo part of the damage buff it got (it used to be 4% at level 4, now it's 5%).
