Thing is G's been a top tier mid for so many patches that it's quite hard to say "this hero is his hero" because regardless of team G always puts on good performances. Not every game maybe, but he doesn't have long droughts.

I'm sure it's his personality that makes people dislike him but I really like Sumail's playstyle and would like to see more of it. He has the type of mindset in game where he wants to prove he's the better player by playing matchups where he's at a disadvantage or just going for these crazy kills as opposed to your conservative pro mid laners. I do think his best heroes has been nerfed and people like to point out his hero pool
From my perspective, I think TI5 EG also just supported Sumail the best. If Sumail fed in lane and was setback, EG made it a priority to stack as much jungle camps and make as much space to ensure he had a way back in. I never really saw that when RTZ was in the roster.

Exactly. And EG plays around it most of the time, where they have players like Fear and Aui who use the space Sumail makes to farm. Its just sometimes he get rekt and its sad.
