Actually, i'm pretty sure some rescheduling happened in one of the "recent" TIs. Was it actually rescheduling or something else, not sure. But if i remember correctly, sets took so long that they pushed some for the next day and started earlier.

You might not have been around to watch the early mlg's for sc2. I think it was Dallas 2011 where the stream was down for almost 8 hours of a 10 hour broadcast schedule

it definately happend at esl frankfurt 2014 (was there and super pissed) and did not happen at ti4 (was there and was super pleased). ti3 is quite some time ago so it might have happend there, but i wouldnt put my money on it.
