How whiny and entitled can you get. ESL One was a great event. Teams were good, games were good, panel was good, the live experience was incredible actually~ There was some issues with delay and thus shorter finals but whatever, it was a stomp in the end anyway.

Most first time LAN operators get blindsided by the authentication delay for playing with accounts on new computers and inject that delay into the game schedule.
But second time operators should really learn.

This is really bo3 single elimination? So some teams travel half the world just to be eliminated after 2 games? I dont like this.

and with some issues with delay you mean that there was more idle time than actual games on day one.

2-1 is not a stomp. In fact, if The Summit had a BO3 finals, DK would have won over EG.

so do we recon we can actually watch some dota this tourney instead of getting a bunch of drafts resulting in a draw?

Seriously I hate it when organizers do their stuff on weekdays
Blame X-Japan for taking the weekend following ESL I wondered why it wasn't on the weekend and remembered my friend was attending a concert at MSG on the 11th
Also kinda sucked for me since I was just in New York from 4-6th >_>

It is possible from a voting standpoint... not many people crazy/fanboy enough to think Na'Vi will make it through. But lots of really crazy people exist and those are the ones crazy enough to think Na'Vi US can do it.

The last game was the famous 0-22 game. That kind of thing leaves a pretty big impression.

Yeah, hopefully ESL doesn't fuck up the scheduling again and we'll get a fair grand finals.

I wonder how this event will sell , i always have the feeling that Euro events are more packed from audience POV , probably wrong.....

pretty much the only hitch for EG winning. they are so bad day 1 and it's single elim.
they flew out earlier than normal, and it's a short timezone hop, so maybe they'll be tryhard from the outset this time.

There was one episode of Dexters laboratory with the supper monkey and some monster beat it real hard and people started to chant its name like: moonkeey, mooonkeey, mooonkeeey.... so this is the way Im gonna chant SEEECRET SEECREEET SEECTRET!

I think what's being referred to is that EG was forced to play all their games in one day unlike IG. If I remember right they also didn't have much time between the semis and finals either. Both of those gave an advantage to IG which shouldn't happen in single elim.
