I'm a bit believer in KotL but obviously you can't pick him when the opponent has too many blink initiators (mainly brew and bat)

Brewmaster is epitome of hero that can and will snowball early game, given enough time to survive and cast ult with 3 HP into 3 frags that are split between one of the most obnoxious laners in the game in Weaver.

kotl needs level 7 to begin the anti-push tbh, and getting lvl 7 on KotL can be pretty hard vs push lineups anyway as you're gonna be splitting exp a lot.
