Although C9 had no anti-push per se, it's not exactly a terrible draft. Navi's push strat does not revolve around summons. It is a mid game snowball push revolving around a tanky fat DP + Rhasta wards. Having anti-push isn't the solution. Crippling their mid game is the key, and C9 did it perfectly albeit help from Navi.
