Day 2 is only 2 full Bo3s, then the first game of two more Bo3 and the allstar match. Around the same amount of Dota as day 1, just much less exciting.

2 bo3, 2 bo1 and then all star DW. the bo1 are completed the next day (split series). they did this last year too

The split BO3 happened last year too.

I remember this very clearly, because that was when Orange knocked DK outta the tournament. DK won the first game on Day 1, then the rest of the series was played on Day 2, effectively nullifying any sorta momentum advantage that they had. And sure enoughhhhh, DK went 0-2 the second day ...

Okay, setting aside my salt, I still think it's a terrible idea.
