So you attack the creeps around 10 seconds before the minute so a new camp spawns while the current one is following you. This way you get more creeps. | ||

You can 'stack' multiple instances of any camp (including the ancients which are worth more xp/gold) by pulling (drawing aggro of a camp and walking away) at about x:52. | ||
