Chanting USA is actually a bit of a running joke amongst some people in the US. There are a lot of people who chant USA for legitimate patriotic reasons, but the younger people tend to use that as a running joke to use it on anything just to troll euros who think everyone in the US is incredibly patriotic, and people reacting to it by saying it's dumb only spurs them on (or sometimes is the only reason people chant it). Hence the "`Merica" posts which is sort of making references to overly patriotic people in the south. | ||
