Now that their upcoming match is meaningless I suppose VP could just forfeit that one as well and give QPANDAS the defwin? Top 3 advance with different seeding into the bracket, they can still advance.

I hope it is readable. -------------------------------------- The DH Invitational forfeit situation. I should start by apologizing to tournament organizers, which I already personally did when the forfeit decision was made. We chose to forfeit because we did not find it possible to play a best of 5 at 1:30 am MSK. There were 2 problems. First - the game was scheduled on a late time in the first place (12 pm MSK), second - it got delayed on another 1.5 hours. We did not refused to play only because of the delay, no, if the game would have been scheduled around 8 pm MSK, we would have definitely played with any delays, but 1:30 am was way too late for us. How did that happen? Obviously, admins were not warned that we have specific for the Europe time zone and it is important for us to play as early as possible. Naturally the fact that admins were not warned was completely our fault and in no way was a mistake, or a malicious intent of the DH Invitational organizers. I hope I more or less explained what happened, the responsible will be punished, and I hope this will never happen again. --------------------------------------

This is the one they did for yesterday's games: It's only for when im not at a computer but can browse on my phone, i just figured someone would post a little bit of recap

"Team Empire @team_empire 19m Going to play against @TeamLiquidPro very very late tonight, 22-00 CET @DreamHack Inv by @TheGDStudio" Let's hope the quality of the match won't suffer from it.

But seriously, as the tournament continues, considering that there is no time for rematches, because the studio is vey busy, there will be more problems with CIS vs US matches. There is no room for error both for teams and for the tournament itself.

But yeah, CIS vs US matches are problematic scheduling and otherwise.

These are the last matches with Russian teams aside from RO6/RO4/Finals which we have not scheduled yet and will work with teams on. I hate to sound like a broken record but we can't really do much because so many leagues run so many matches and teams want to participate in everything, we worked with everyone on the schedule.

At least you are letting us know that you are aware and doing your best. I, for one, appreciate that (even if the schedule is still messed up). Thanks ![]()

I understand that this is not your fault, as in you have tight schedule and all that. I was refering to people who were screming "omg Virtus.pro can't play at 2am, what a shit team, that's their fault blablabla"
