Quite simply, 30 minutes of this game came out of this Rapier buy. It got IG the win, but honestly, that Rapier is probably the sole reason why DK refused to end--because having a Rapier completely nullifies 10k+ of gold disadvantage (it gives you 5 Sacred Relics of damage for ~6k gold) as well as 2 lanes rax down because winning a fight with Rapier basically lets you instantly throne.

This. You can't call a game stupidly wrong just because the game seems different from the way most Western Dota games go. The game has a lot of playstyles you can run and it's ridiculous to use "entertainment value" as a metric when $2.8M is on the line.

The fault of Ayesee's commentary is that instead of taking the opportunity to enlighten a crowd ignorant about Eastern Dota like Synderen usually does as a student of the game, he had the effect of egging the crowd on as if there were something wrong with the way the game was being played.

Problem is there are only a handful of people as knowledgeable as Yango and none of them cast. Maybe if Synderen was casting he could have explained why the teams were playing like they were but with the casting lineup we have there was just no real hope of that.

Lol, how do they get these stats? Does someone just sit down and watch every tournament replay of Super and count how many people he gets with each RP?

The game has a "combat log", you can extract all sort of things from it as every bit of damage done is recorded there. It basically translate the game into a text file.
You can also extract winners/losers/stats like kill ratios or gold per minute.

I'm really enjoying draskyl's casting. Never been a big fan of ayesee but he's doing a good job of giving draskyl space.

Hahaha, there should just be 3 casting panels instead of this 2 man crap. Get some REAL insight in the game that way.

Not everyone on the internet appreciate these players' craft, thousand of hours spent, all the hindsight and thought process... Nope, let's just complain and fill our blood lust.

Ehh. Black hole lasts longer, Ravage is bigger AOE, and both deal more damage. its entirely up to what you want out of the disable ulti.
