I keep saying this but man C9 looks much better with EE doing the drafting. Very impressive today even though Empire didn't look like their normal selves, but lately when games matter like this in do or die situations they've been losing. Especially in Finals. But EE's drafts have been crushing the past couple days/weeks and they look stronger than ever, and the results over this stretch have been fantastic, topping it all off with this win against Empire to qualify for ESL One

I don't think anyone here was looking for an excuse. Also, considering that this was the EU qualifier, I'd be disappointed if there were games not on the EU servers. C9 simply outplayed Empire.

I mean it as in when C9 has beaten Empire on US East, there is pages and pages of people complaining, not to mention Empire players and the organisation bitching about it on twitter. When Empire beat C9 on EU, where Aui and EE have a lot of lag as they're in Canada, no one says a word. Double standards annoyed me.

lol all these c9 experimental draft haters in these last 10 pages

i dont care if c9 only wins 1/5 experimental drafts, i still like seeing these games better than "standard" draft games

Double standards aren't cool, you are correct. If there was a perfect solution for this problem I think we would have found it by now, so I don't think this is going away and teams are just going to have to deal with it. Until every tournament plays every game on LAN this problem will continue and we will just have to deal with it. Then again, I'll go ahead and complain when my favorite team is affected negatively by this, and go ahead and tell people to suck it up when it is their team against my favorite team dealing with this problem that's just the nature of fanhood!

Scythe vs Arrow huh. If scythe win its gonna be so bittersweet since they ain't going to TI.

TY btw. Hoping for Vici victory (or scythe but lets be real here).

Thanks for the schedule, will definitely be watching this.

I suppose Titan's going to play their matches in China.

Basically, it's LGD vs VG Bo5 for a last spot.
I think their strategy is to dumpster bad Western teams (c) uriel

yeah but server advantage might be an issue if they play on SEA? upset might occur, especially to a strong team like titan

Titan had went to china for WPC playoff , so we had 3 in china , 5 in SEA/Korea

so which server will be used?

they will probably play their matches on china server if both teams are in china. otherwise, i think they will play their games on SEA since china-SEA and KR-SEA ping isn't bad

i hope LGD make it from this since it will mean DK + VG to The Summit and LGD + iG to ESL ONE

meanwhile NewBee can mop up all the local tournaments like MarsTV, WPC, CDEC Cup, ECL, etc

LGD were rolling Titan even when they were slumping hard, so I won't bet on that.
