well the international is entirely an invitational pretty much (11 straight + probably 24 qualifier invites) so anything with an open bracket and worldwide should win out

Scythe.SG and MVP Phoenix round out the two seeded Asian teams! not sure how 6 SEA + 2 CN for the final qualifier works out, considering CN is so much stronger hrmm. it's probably played on SEA server so chinese teams will be fighting with ping
