I wonder when it does apply to active items or spells with any sort of delayed damage. Do you have to be bloodraged before casting, or does it only apply if the buff is on you at the time the damage is dealt? My guts tell me that you have to have the buff active on your hero when the spell deals its damage for it to increase, but I'm not entirely sure, and haven't tested. | ||

With illusions/summoned units its iffy because whether your hero is the damage source varies inconsistently across skills (and in some cases you have even have weird scenarios where the attack of the summoned unit treats that unit as the source, but an ability granted by the hero to the summon treats the hero as the source). | ||

Also to those ones specifically, ES ult the source is ES, WD ult the source is the ward, spectre I'm not sure but I would guess the source is the illusions. Desolate might be spec herself. | ||
