yeah i'm gonna have to practice some, i suppose. i just started playing him (apart from that "let me try him, now that he's out" when he was first introduced)
also - this was never answered...can sleight of fist miss if the target has evasion?

I just double checked it cause I wasn't 100% sure, but yes Sleght of fist can miss because of evasion.

if bloodseeker casts max rank bloodrage on himself when he has mask of madness running how much extra damage does he take?

Did a quick test against Roshan. Without anything 47, with MoM 61, with both mom and BS q skill 80. So a 70% dmg increase.
This is according to battle log. I didn't check the HP myself.

Can Ogre Frostmage's Ice Armor be cast on towers? (Curious after learning Lich's Ice Armor can be cast on towers)

It's easy to test this if you host a lobby for yourself and just try. Takes about ~2min so probably goes faster than waiting for an answer here. Just go to Custom Games and Create a lobby, take a slot on Dire or Radiant and start.

I'm bored so I start playing solo rmm, but since it's been a few months since I played so all the calibration matches I play hard support to warm up. End up 7-3, so I was quite happy. But then they calibrate me at 2.9k mmr, which may or may not be correct, idk since I just finish calibration.
Question is, does the calibration match takes account of KDA/gpm/xpm ? Looking through those match I see that my stats weren't that nice, but again it's hard to have nice stats with position 5.( definitely need improvement though ). In those wins it's not like my teammates carried me all the way or anything, I contributed quite an amount in those wins too.

No one really knows since valve haven't made it public, but I don't believe calibration matches look at your stats.

Ok guess I didn't win enough to get a higher ranking then. Need to play a more games to see that number will rise or fall. Hopefully it won't fall. Also quick question, what should I do as a support during down time(not much happening) in mid game. Think I need to work on that. The cores take over the jungle, wards are on cd, rs is on cd or our lineup isn't build to take it. It seems like I just follow the cores around protect them from ganks but isn't actually do anything productive.

Calibration matches do use some stats, at least hero damage counts. Sometimes you get zeus players in your game that are awful tbd and they ult everytime their ult is off cooldown to get maximum hero damage.

If there is anything i learned, it is that the MMR is quite accurate on the long run. I was calibrated at 3.2K MMR, and i mainly fluctuate around this value, there was a brief dive to 2.9K and a brief rise to 3.5K but after more matches, i come back to my "deserved" 3.2K MMR value. So keep playing, and you will find out where you belong
Keeping your cores safe of ganks (by staying near and giving vision on map) is a worth enough job by itself. Also you get some much needed XP from the camps they farm.

I think that this was true before 6.82. There was a huge influx of very inexperienced players in the 3k bracket. I think they might have fixed that with an update to the servers, it doesn't seem nearly as bad now.

Back when ranked was first released you could check your rating via console after each calibration game; i remember one case where i lost 40ish (lots of feeding, playing CM, losing team) but the_fame gained 30 (beyond godlike, tons of damage as timber). I don't know if they've changed it though.

I'm playing mostly on USE from central europe, and I find that the vast majority of players I get matched with do not speak english. Is this an experience people who are playing from the US on US servers share, or is it possible that valve matches foreigners with other foreigners? I don't mean there are some... on a good day one in 10 players speaks more than broken english.

If you are trapped in cogs with clockwerk who has battery assault activated and you have shadowblade+tp is it possible to use tp and the sb in succession such that you can tp out?
|
no. you either cancel the invis or cancel the tp, depending on whichever you used first

You can activate Shadow Blade (or any Wind Walk-based Invisibility--which includes both Clinkz' and Bounty Hunter's abilities) during channeling abilities without breaking the channel AND you can activate abilities during the fade time of the invisibility without breaking it. You can invis TP both ways under normal circumstances (either TP first then activate SB, or activate SB first, then TP during the 0.3s fade time).
Both can potentially work, but they're super tight timing-wise because of how Clockwerk's Battery Assault has a 0.7s interval with a 0.1s ministun and you have to get through the 0.3s fade time of Shadow Blade without getting ministunned once.
