On QoP vs Puck I would really assume it comes down to ping and rune luck (though I think it is easier to gank QoP after level 2). | ||

How do you guys feel about getting both tranquil and mana boots on wisp, so that he basicly is a walking fountian? manaboots on wisp are HUGE for tiny. instant full mana all the time, but the same could be said about tranquil. full hp basicly all the time. | ||
