Jugg has no issues with damage, since he has a low-ish BAT and an excellent crit. So he really doesn't need treads. He desperately needs any small mobility advantage phase can give him. Don't forget, you can always buy more attackspeed. Mobility is in general much harder to purchase (Yasha and blink are your only "real" options. Force is terrible on Jugg. Same with euls. Drums are already pretty core on him.) | ||
