Does it have any effect (aside from cd reduction and mana cost) when he's 25? yes it adds an eighth level to Quas, Wex, and Exort

Yes that is the basic gist of it. Also means you can get the 360 blast as early as level 19. You would have to skip levels in invoke though.

Is there a way to stop the game centering the screen on your hero when you respawn? I find it really annoying when I want to TP to a specific spot next to a tower instantly, but it shifts the screen. Sometimes I accidentally TP right next to myself in the well if I forget about it.

Yes. Options -> Camera -> "Move Camera on Respawn"
I learned that after suiciding with instant-respawn bloodstone

U can tp by using minimap too if that suits u better.

I theorycrafted this kotol + morph lane (mostly safe), this should secure morph free farm vs basicly every offlane and net kills and maybe even come out good in 2vs2 lanes. Mostly I (kotol) use mana leak and shrakra magie. I give morph the mana he needs to waveform and leak the target so he can not escape. I don't need much points in leak mana, so I can use the remaining score in light magic. I did not see this lane used befor (also not in pro games), is there a reason why? It seems very good to me. (I tested it only once yet, was good.)

because there are a lot more factors than that

why are teams picking/banning huskar so often when he just got nerfed pretty substantially?

In a straight up 1v1 he can kill most heroes before they can kill him and even if Huskar dies first, his opponent will burn to death soon after too. Or you can blame it on the meta.
What would something like a core kit of skills a carry player should develop consist of?

Much like brood when she was hot stuff, you dont wanna be surprised by a Huskar pick unless youre very much prepared for it. Might often be worth a ban just to not get into that situation.

(I tested it only once yet, was good.) you can say that about the laning phase of any kotl + carry with a nuker lane, but as icystorage noted, the game's more than just about how strong the laning stage feels. also, you probably haven't seen this combo in particular because most teams would rather have an am (even with his smaller kill potential in lane), pl, luna, or gyro, etc as the safelane farmer in this meta. kotl himself takes a lot of finesse to use properly, and few pro supports seem comfortable enough with kotl strats to pick him consistently (puppey and demon are probably the two biggest kotl players, and demon isn't on 4/5 right now).
side note: i personally prefer max mana leak over max illuminate except in games where you can get away with greedy jungle farming

quite a bit of these are more about support play than carry play or apply equally to both, but i'm assuming you're talking about pubdoto, where it's often ideal to tactfully tell your supports what they should be doing anyway and lead the game when you know what everyone should be doing

What happens when TB uses sunder on a TA with refraction up?

didn't fatal bonds get changed to deal the original damage type in whichever patch they simplified the physical/magical damage stuff

Been seeing a bunch of people comment that offlane Ench might be viable - how would you skill and itemize that? Might not be a simple answer for this thread...
