Fan boy out Fnatic is extremely strong right now. Them losing 0-3 to anyone would be very surprising. Well fnatic are still a little bit overrated in my opinion. Ehome and empire are not liquid tier. We will see what happens;)

Seems to me Liquid is the best team participating.

Well, looks like semi-finals vs Secret, that won't be EZ.
Hopefully Liquid won't get nervous vs them (again), they have some LAN experience by now.
Go Liquid!
Edit: Looks like I was wrong about Secret...

Empire will be a tough opponent tomorrow, bit scared for Liquid.

I actually feel more confident for Liquid vs Empire than vs Secret. Secret is more of a bend don't break kind of team that plays even moreso greedy than Liquid does. I think Empire is more susceptible to getting their momentum broken or losing the GPM war in longer hectic games.

Empire lost against Fnatic yesterday, Game 2 was very close. Today they play on a huge stage, lose a close game 1 and then bring us the best game 2016 so far in game 2 and play even better in game 3. I think while Empire might have weaknesses, Nerves aren't.

liquid is super solid, in every aspect of the game. I dont have any worries for tommorow.

It will be interesting to see how they can do going forward. Empire has their mid be space creator, alliance style, Scandal game 3 had relatively low net worth. It's safelane and offlane where they go for more damage heroes.
Will be interesting to see with the clash of styles, how Liquid does, though I'd favor Liquid based on what I've seen so far.

Empire's a worthy opponent indeed, they are on fire!
|
I stand by my prediction of a Liquid victory.
|
I have to agree that its beginning to look like ESL is going to be a Liquid victory. Wings are outplaying Fnatic and we all know that Liquid can take Wings. This was proven in the pool play. So as long the boys play well against Empire and secure the victory this should be a weekend to celebrate.
|
makes me so happy to see Team Liquid competing with the best in dota
|
No team came as close to taking a game off Liquid as Wings. They can't be underestimated but Liquid should still be the heavy favorite.
|
Ok, I was left.
|
missed the games vs Empire. Worth it to watch vods later on?
|
Mostly looked like another typical well-executed gameplan by Liquid.
|
Bascially the games were even or slight advantages to Empire ... and than Liquid turn up the heat and win!
