MK is so stupidly op, the thing can jump out of a connecting echo slam and travel 3000 range in the next second. This is fucking ridiculous. Not talking about having to dive out the map to hit him in his completely brainless ult. And to all who call liquid had a bad tournament, i really think you need to rethink your standards. They were not the best but were so close of killing both newbee and IG who are arguably the two best teams of the tournament, thats extremely good result to me, and they brought me so much emotions. Thanks liquid, looking up for your next tournament!

Not too disappointed to be honest. Game 2 against ig was amazing, and we did kick out Newbee after all. With a better bracket, i think we could have been Top 4. Ig was a little bit too strong after all, and we made too many mistakes in Game 3. But overall its ok, they played much better then at dac.

I just hope they stick together. They have a lot of potential and there are so many glimpses of what they can do. Please don't fall apart. D:

I also really hope they stick together. Going out 2-1 against ig in their current form is nothing to be ashamed off.

So much better showing from liquid from before. Still a wildcard considering how inconsistent they can be, and as of right now they are their own enemies before being truly a threat to other teams. If they actually keep up with the good plays they are actually really scary to play against, but that depends to see if they can reign in their tilt. Miracle voker was as usual such a treat to watch

I highly doubt they'd disband.
As highly as we think of these guys, they're really only just getting started. This is probably the first LAN where they face any real good opposition in BO3s and they lost to frickin IG. Doesn't seem sensible for there to be any reason to allow the lineup to fall apart.
|
They have a lot of potential so I'm pretty sure they will stick around at least till after TI to see how it goes.
The team coordination when they're on they're really on but when off is kinda hard to watch.
Individually,
Miracle is prone to tilting sometimes because he feels extremely pressure when playing from behind. gH this patch couldn't shine as much because often he's been pos 5 because he's not playing the common 4 like riki/MK. Matu is unable to catch up in difficult situation. Kuro sometimes draft into a corner, then the team needs to play perfectly just to stay even. MC is not a good Magnus.
|
I don't think this team is going to work, I feel they've had enough time to come together as a team but they're still playing like a pubstack that fluctuates from 9 to 5k every 15 minutes.

no problem team liquid just play as team work they are very enjoy it good luck liquid at dream league s7 i will wait your surprize win or lose you all are my heart
GG TL solid as liquid

Kuro was right just watch OG games whe they were against the wall Naga's really strong now indeed
They knew that, likely crushed with it in scrims, just didn't execute well several games in a row abandoned it completely
|
Naga is really strong, but neither Micrale nor Matu looks comfortable playing her.
|
I think it's simply the case of MC needs to step it up (and Kuro draft which allows him to do so)
All the current good teams right now have extremely good offlaner: S4, Universe, Xxs, and now Tavo from SG.
The inability of MC making an impact due to individual play, lane setup or draft has a big chain reaction. Miracle feels the team isn't accomplishing anything so he feels he has to be the one making risky kills. Matu feels the team is being static and losing map pressure so he feels he has to outfarm the opponent by farming in risky areas etc.

A shame we had to run up against IG this early, but that's okay (for me at least, probably miserable for the players.) I have faith in a TI victory!
|
Yeah, Liquid did well considering the circumstances. Not every team is blessed with an easy ride to the semi finals only having to play IG.V and VG.J.
|
reading all these posts saying "it's ok they lost, to iG", are you guys serious ?
how can you just brush it of with oh, they lost to iG, shame they faced strong teams etc... for me this is a huge disappointment, regardless of iG, EG, VP or OG we would've lost to, we need to start beating anybody or they won't win squat at Ti, might not even get a direct invite if ...

Liquid didn't look good. I would say the main issue is kuro's drafting.
