I read the post to my girlfriend who knows nothing about Dota or even related stuff and she said "that guy is defending the so called RTZ, condescending but ultimately defending him", so for someone who has not a single idea, and is probably less biased than us, it sounds quite different.
Edit: If what bothers you is the amount of times he called him young or immature then I can pick every sentence and translate them to English, maybe it helps more than reddit's slightly inaccurate translation. But tomorrow, now I am off to sleep.

I don't take any sides, I don't like neither RTZ nor Kuroky. The words he used show more an "easy on him guys" intention rather than flaming him. In his post, it is clear that he would have dealt with this matter privately instead of publicly as RTZ did, and he seems to attribute that to RTZ's situation+generation.
When i read that english translation on reddit i can only think about the translator trying to stay as close to the original as needed while creating as much drama as possible. The original post doesnt feel nearly as bad.

not taking any sides here, but if you read the german forum a bit further you will stumble upon a video from last years EU hub of Kuro talking about RTZ, his interview/ thoughts then and his explanation of the drama now are coherent

Well, to me even the reddit translation of kky's post seemed like he was kinda protecting rtz (maybe not protecting, but rather taking the responsibility of rtz' actions from rtz himself and explaining it in terms of rtz' life situation). I feel like both of their stories compliment each other quite fine.
