It's what this site needed.
I would also love to see an anlisis of 2013/2014 DK rise and fall.

Also nice format, looks really good. Just to add to how crazy it is to ban naga chen over Io: Io went 17:8 in the tournament and won 4 times out of 4 picks in the grand final. But those games where the only ones where a team consistently came close to winning against alliance so I guess it was the right call after all.

Personal things aside, this kind of in-depth analysis is what I was looking for all my (short) DOTA life. Lots of insight, lots of great ideas, lots of feels. I am not nearly good enough to judge how accurate this is (although to my limited understanding and logics it seems really good), but for a noob like me, who often doesn't get all the subtelties and would very much like to get them, this is the best thing ever! Also, the sentence about snowballing like a Huskar with 5 Meepos in it is so good that I can't believe nobody used it before (or maybe I haven't noticed) O.o And one more thing - I didn't realise that the Son of Magnus played so little Magnus back then. o.O

Nope, it's medieval runes like I said so you got the reading wrong, although younger futhark is pretty close since medieval runes (or futhork) kind of evolved from it.

I will never forget Alliance's dominance in 2013. It showed that there is something else more important other than just individual talent and game mechanics.
