I couldn't finish season 3 of that because Netflix twisted the events too hard for my taste. As someone who follows the sport it was too hard to accept their narative decisions. From what I gathered season 4 is even worse.

I've hated the forced drama since S1, but I try to just ignore it and enjoy the other aspects of the show that I find interesting. The small glimpses we get into their family/personal lives, the talks between drivers/engineers/team principals, and a few other things are still fairly interesting to me. I also just enjoy reliving some of the good racing moments of the season (even though they add dumbass sound effects lmao).

I think a lot of people started disliking the show when they tried to pin Lando and Carlos as enemies when they were extremely close friends. It was actually baffling to see them try that.

I reinstalled a few days ago for the first time in a couple years. Haven't played too much yet but there's a ton of new items. Still feels like dota, game is fun.

Yeah game is still fantastic when you can muster the will to play. I’ve found my attitude towards babysitting four adult-children has changed also, I find it more bemusing nowadays.

I hope you record your observations. I think like..... one of the craziest parts of Dota is having a friend take a 5 year break and you have to explain neutral items and talents to them. Like, you get to experience first hand what it's like to deal with a time traveller/persona coming out of a coma their reactions to the wild things that have added to the game over the years.

I find unranked games are a lot more chill. Instead of adult-children it's mostly a bunch of drunk guys trying hard but failing horribly doing so. A lot more amusing.

I told you countless times already, the almost almighty algorithm gives you good games after a while but it goes to the usual shit after a handful at most.

I read that MS let go of the ORI developers.
Which just looks horrible in light of Kotic still clingin on to power.

The news article claims that contractual obligations prevented MS from supporting employees.
Whatever that means, I don't consider it excusing MS.
