Poison sting does small enough ticks to not disable salves even though it disables blinks. Just like orb of venom. Much like refraction interactions. Although its kinda silly cuz Ion Shell wrecks refraction but U can salve thru levels 1 and 2 I think.
Urn still shouldn't stop salves afaik since the ticks are too small (i could be wrong). Just like u can salve thru jugg spin level 1 unless he auto's u in it (even tho the auto does no dmg it cancels ur salve LOL)

It needs to do 20 damage and it only did 18.

The most oppressive thing is actually maxed phantom rush, heros like Sniper and drow simply cannot get away from PL, and once he has a diffu his damage spike is crazy

For 50 mana on a 10 second cooldown. It's AMAZING.
