There's no real difference in sustain available to mid heroes, in fact there's by and large LESS sustain available IMO since bottle crowing was better than getting a rune every 2 mins. And this is before you take into account supports and junglers going for the runes since it's now a guarantee. Yeah this is reasonable, but just a couple posts up you did just say "Mid's sustain is unaffected." which is a preposterous statement. The combination of nerfing bottle crow and buffing runes is going to change the meta at mid to favor heroes who can either reliably get runes or don't rely on bottle as much.

I don't think so. I thought bottle crowing referred to the courier returning to base to refill the bottle.

I saw a courier place a ward once though. I mean it was just sitting there at the spot not warding but the courier did place it on the ground at the ward spot.

Flying Courier Base movement speed increased from 350 to 430 Flying Courier now takes 50% extra damage from melee heroes Flying Courier Speed Burst cooldown increased from 40 to 90 Flying Courier Speed Burst duration reduced from 20 to 4 Flying Courier Speed Burst speed increased from 522 to 650 The CD is 2.25x longer, and the duration is 80% less on the burst. its around 23% faster without the burst, but with the 50% uptime gone its still a big nerf

Either way, it looks like the only thing that matters with it is lane presence.

Neither of those aghs changes are relevant lol Treant because you don't have time to cast the eye before ulting in most cases so you don't get ult damage and paying 4200 for wards isn't worth it. Bane because they can still just stun you and if you have a bkb then you don't need to nightmare people who autoattack you lol

Brood, Sven, Riki, Undying, Warlock, PA, Drow, WD and Void still owns. Not sure about BS, but he looks very strong. With all the gold/xp/comeback/glyph changes as well as the new vanguard, I expect we will see significantly longer games.

I expect we'll see a lot more PA, and EG and Alliance will do incredibly well with Terrorblade.

I've read almost all this thread and I didn't see anyone mention if Crimsom Guard will block DP, Razor and SS ultis. If so, it can negate these heroes almost entirely. Shadow Shaman wards because pure farm, DP ulti will barely tickle and Razor ulti will be a glorified minus armor spell. And someone said it would be good item in Axe (agree), Bristtle Back (agree again) and Crystal Maiden, and surprisingly it may be useful for her. She doesn't need much mana, she needs to survive the teamfights to contribute, and with her new ulti it may be even better than BKB, because BKB doesn't give much health and armor and she will be easily right clicked through it, and each CC directed towards your CM and not your carry is good for your teamfight.

There is no reason why the damage block would work diferently from the way all damage blocks work currently.

If something is mitigated by stout shield, it'll be mitigated by CG. Exorcism isn't.
