It's almost like everyone watching a dignitas game prior to TI3 somehow managed to forget that he was even playing because he added so little contribution, drafted poor mus or lost trilanes. Even Ayesee called it out in one of their series, he's a player you don't even think about, you have to be reminded he exists. Qojqva would be an interesting addition to liquid but I think with his hero pool and skill he'd fit in with KP much better. He isn't at the level of an A-God but he fits the bill for the dynamic style KP tries to go with.

Also Wayto was playing out of his mind at TI3.

Also Wayto was playing out of his mind at TI3. Heh, his performance at TI3 wasn't noteworthy... he had a naga siren song steal and got to be flashy with numbers due to Aghs Impetus on Ench. If you want to talk about back breaking labor give it up to Universe and Sneyking (even though king of throws did cost them in the end). Wayto prior to TI3 had some very awkward drafts and never capitalized on anything during it. You'd see early DK pick ups but he'd draft Sneyking a hero that couldn't take advantage of the lane when heroes such as QoP, OD or Puck were in the pool (amongst heroes we've never seen sneyking playbefore or didn't mesh with their lineup such as the two SK pick ups prior) or we'd see the reverse happen with Sneyking being given the unfavorable MU as DK after the other team had drafted their mid. He had no real feel for what heroes his teammates were truly capable of playing compared to what could of been played such as Aui being given Lifestealer or Alchemist when Universe's Lifestealer is probably one of the best there is and that Aui just doesn't seem to either enjoy playing Alchemist or mesh with the hero. The hero pools he gave to Aui and Sneyking were by far larger then they should of been (especially compared to other players in similar roles -- Dendi played 11 different heroes over 30ish games in July while Sneyking played 20 over 33) and it was painfully obvious, yet he'd maintain a very small pool for himself. His play was very meh prior to TI3. Visage is a highlight hero, he's a hero that makes plays and everyone either loves or hates him. This isn't the case for Wayto. To such an extent that if they other team didn't want to go against visage they wouldn't have to ban him or pick him to stop Dignitas from having it -- it almost felt like towards the end that they were baiting dignitas in to certain picks such as visage. And he played the hero a lot. 25 games and 9 wins on a hero that is one of the strongest in the game and he shows no signs of improving.

It's probably more a reflection on the fact that NA supports are really bad compared to supports from other scenes.

He was the soul and driven force of DK, without him they'll become too passive unless they bring in ChuaN. Imho, BurNIng will be too cautious as #3. Yes, he can find farm from nowhere, but thats not all a good #3 needs. Can you imagine him on something like Batrider? He will miss more opportunities for a gank than he will create them. I've been watching him practicing offlaners, and that is not impressive at all, unless he's on Furion...

also Chinese teams never play batrider offlane. The offlane heroes he probably would be playing are the likes of Furion, weaver, sylla (solos), razor, drow, lifestealer (offensive tris) etc. Batrider offlane is something you see EG do, or teams that can guarantee a solo matchup. he used to play such heroes before. I remember watching a DotA game in which he played drow in the offlane with roaming supports on his team. I would not at all be surprised if DK starts doing a lot more tri core lineups. They already play them quite often with Super on alch and RotK on furion
