What a troll, not taking competitive games seriously lol!" when in reality he was the only capable wielder of right click dps and had to play from behind.
to be frank item decisions are never as easy as people think it is in competitive games, especially in regards to hero and the context of the situation. That time was serious. A blink dagger on qop should be a troll item, but obvious I don't know what was going on in his head. And on topic, If eg does hold jeyo and demon, then mss or brax should be available for liquid, which is nice. I would love universe as well, but I think he and bulba have issues. it was the last game of some league, and they couldnt make it to the playoff even if they had won that game. So stop being an ass. no, that game was in the TI2 western qualifiers versus VP in I believe game 2 of a Bo3. Mouz went on to win game 3 and advance. It was a completely legit build and in the next game VP took singsing's qop away from him and paired it with an NS dazzle which was incredibly scary and makes me legitimately afraid of VP ever having interesting drafts again.

don't really know much about qojqva, i'm assuming it would be a step down for liquid in terms of individual skill since it's korok, but how much? and would qojqva fit with the rest of liquid/resolve the playstyle problem that everyone keeps talking about?

No, i refuse to accept that. Who would even replace him? :/

qoyqva is still young and very skilled. i would be fine with him going oflane and bulba mid.

the main problem with Qojqva is HOW DO YOU EVEN SAY HIS NAME

Beyond the server issues, I think he would be an improvement on korok over all, not in skill but as a better fit for the team. And I think he would keep the option to switch roles around, because I think I have seen him play some offlaners that can also be run as a carry or mid.

qojqva is better than korok and at this point has five times the potential. playstyle wise, he is essentially a light version of admiralbulldog right now. qojqva leaving mouz would make a lot of sense. and a restructured TL could fit/use him very well.

Also, as long as teams are dedicated enough to overcome timezone issues having a European or two on your team can be helpful when you need to overcome server issues.

Has anyone found an announcement of QQQ's retirement yet? I keep finding articles referring to an announcement of some sort and treating it as official but nothing solid so far.

Bulba said before that he talks and practices with Qojqva very often, so that would make sense. Still, it would be very strange seeing Liquid not being a full NA team. Practicing would be all sorts of weird with timezones and everything, too. I wouldn't say it's a step down in terms of individual skill for Liquid. Definitely a step down in terms of variance, in the way that Qojqva I feel is a very stable player, while Korok is a very "hit or miss" kind of a player.

It could mean Liquid is going full time. Which is in no way a bad thing.

Korok really fit into the liquid ideals. Great personality, good teammate (for the most part), interacted well with fans and the community. The issue with him was that his hyper aggressive play-style really did not fit into liquid's style. It'd be sad to see him leave but if it means more stability in the roster then its okay.
