Synderen always had strong analytical thinking but the mechanical shortcomings during gameplay would always hold him and his team back. Let's face it, he was pretty bad for a pro player. Moving full time into a casting role is the best decision he's made. He certainly has the game insight and he even has a good voice for it. I really enjoyed his casting before and I look forward to hearing even more of his casting in the future. The big thing that most of the mainstream casters currently lack is an actual deep understanding of the game. Too often I hear certain popular casters say just the most idiotic things or say things that are just dead wrong. Synderen is here to rectify this!

Yea the unknown Draskyl has no idea whats going on when casting .

He was really terrible as a player the last year or so... His skills as a caster are good though and he can improve as well.

Good move by him as he wouldn't contribute much in competitive.

I have always thought Synderen as a reasonable professional player. He isn't going to be THE star of any team, but he does well enough to earn at least a roster spot in a 2nd tier pro team. There is a reason for him to be continuously present at major events. I would like to point out to many posters here that having an above-average to good journeyman career is terribly underrated.

I welcome the transition into casting, because apart from the occasional vocab issue, Synd is top-tier.

Looking forward to hearing/seeing him more at events. Good luck.

Jump before you're pushed, Synd. Best move for all concerned - he is a much better caster than a player.

I've never seen Synd as the most high level analytical caster either way. I enjoy his casting because he sets a nice tone, it's not too relaxed and jokey, it's not overly serious or dull.

And I don't know about the whole Synd/jD thing. They seem to have had a bit of a falling out. Then again many people seem to have had a falling out with jD.

As for Synd's playing ability, I don't know if it really matters. He was a big part of some quite successful teams. We've seen many people (especially captains) who fans think play poorly go quite far. The problem always seems to be that his teams have a lot of internal issues, and I can't believe that's coincidence.

Lazy scum who gave mouz second to last out of his self-imposed ignorance, good riddance, don't cast, leave the scene, I hope to never hear of you again.

He played with tobi in one of his guild games the other week, they seem fine.
