Alright, I got a better pair of boots. i actually have an offhand but it weakens me alot, and I'm not sure how much it helps speed wise. says I lose 4.5k dps when I use it, but it's a perfect 6/25 WKL with 47 cd and 2.5% lifesteal, albeit a low dps one (733) I feel like I clear mobs faster but die a little more often to elemental dmg.
I have a vile ward that gives me about 1.3k dps (wearing it now), and the only reason I'm not using it is I literally cannot play with 0 pickup radius, It makes me hate life. I guess I should go for a good pair of gloves with radius first? If a trifecta pair isn't an option and I have to pick 2, how should I prioritize the stats?

Unless you have insane crit chance and very low crit damage, prioritize crit chance > attack speed > crit damage. Don't try and put pickup radius on your gloves - your current shoulders are fine if you value the pickup radius.
Your WKL sounds fine, although it might be better to get one with say, 5/19 but with 800+ dps. As for dying to elemental damage more, you'll get used to it. You just need to be smarter about using serenity/pots, and you shouldn't die much.

Ok, didnt find gloves yet but I got a new wep and my dps skyrocketed. Btw, is there any difference between mh and oh that I haven't realized yet? Cause it seems to me that there's no different properties like on a barb.

I think the Cyclone procs use main hand damage only, and sweeping wind uses the damage that is written when you cast it, but for everything else, mainhand = offhand.

I know SW uses a snapshot of your current DPS written, but lets say I renew it to prevent it from falling off by activating it again, does it refresh the snapshot of my previous DPS or does it take a new one?

I haven't tested this, but I believe that it keeps the old snapshot.

Ok a few things I want to smooth out before 1.0.5 comes out, I'm sitting at 95k dps atm, and since MP will have mobs hitting harder, I probably need to squeeze out more AS to gain more from the <500 LoH (lol) I got. With the jewelry getting better / cheaper, is it better to sacrifice crit dmg on the amulet and rings for AS?

I think it's totally believable that he was able to farm his items, I know people who have gotten better items with even less time.

his gear is nothing special for a month of playing with a shattered meniscus. 60ish k dps is attainable with about 20-25 million if you're smart with your cash, which is one semi-decent legendary drop.
I'd upgrade weapons (zero dex on both of them ffs!), ammy, get a vile ward and generally upgrade your gear aiming for more dex, while trying to maintain resists/vitality or upgrade them. It gets expensive from here on, though ^^

The boots are worth way more than that ring. These boots are insane.
Btw, MP1 is a joke. You get basically 2-8x more items than you did before, depending on item type, and monsters are probably 25% weaker. Every rare that isn't ilvl 63 will be worthless two weeks from now, and it better has 4+ great stats on it to be worth anything.
Movespeed is even more important than before, so get that Tempest Rush ready.

Apparently, I was wrong. Natalya's reflections with crit% are ridiculously expensive, but the boots are pretty common. I guess I'll have to get a pair now..
