char sheet shows 732 life on hit. but i get mostly ~530 with ocasional 722. also it doesnt seem to work on a per hit basis with ww? quite confusing tbh | ||

I use the build I posted above. leap 300% armor Revenge 30% proc Earthquake w/ bonus damage WoTB 100% damage Resist Shout Frenzy Maniac Just leap everytime it's up while you kill snakes in phase 1 and in phase 2, blow earthquake and WoTB as soon as belial comes down. With your dps he likely won't even spawn adds. I know I've had runs where I killed him in p2 before he spawned anything and my DPS is only like 20k (with 5 stack frenzy), or 40k while berserking. You're going to be like 60k+ with cooldowns popped. Once you're in phase 3 the strategy depends on your mitigation. if it's really high you can tank the arms and breath and just move for the big aoe. If you can't tank the arms just move a bit and use leap when needed. I don't agree with changing skills for the phases because it's pointless to kill belial without 5 NV. | ||

As a warning, if the ACT2 champions are still causing headaches you likely aren't ready for ACT3. I literally smash ACT2 and get my ass beat pretty regularly in ACT3. I think it's a build thing though as well as missing a couple key items such as a nice life on hit weapon and a stormshield. Now the dilema is to burn gold now on a couple key items or.. save for the new 'buffed' legendaries in the pipeline. When the new legendaries are released, will the current drop in value? Will the already 'good' legendaries like SoE or StormShield even be changed? Ahh the questions that keep me up at night.. | ||

I've been running around with 50k hp, <100 res and about 7k armor. IIrc dps was about 8-9k. I can run treasure hoarder pretty easily and would that be a nice route to take to farm up some gold/equip? I've mostly been cooping with a Wizard friend. | ||
