100k dps with max mf will probably be impossible with a 100m Budget. I would recommend dropping some mf. The higher run speed will more than make up for the missing mf. Drop your helm, gloves, amu and get new weapons imo.

What are the general stats/items that people have when running mp5-6-7? I'm currently having some trouble with some boss packs in A3 in just MP1. I'm pretty sure I'd be able to do higher difficulty if I just slap on some extra health/resists, but I thought I'd ask here just to get the feeling of what I am shooting for.

I tried searching around a little, but did not find an answer: Does Mighty weapons Weapon mastery trigger from HotA?
I'm currently using a build without a fury-builder (HotA-Rend-shout-Ground stomp-Battle rage-Will), with a -5 rage cost immortal kings 2h, and am wondering if it's just my *feeling* that Weapon mastery works with the current skillset in some way, with a smoother play than without. Hmm.

can you keep your fury up with that build without battle rage? i want to try Hota build but i run out of fury quickly.

Mighty weapons' mastery triggers depending on the weapon coefficient of the ability. If the ability has a 100% coefficient then you'll get that fury 100% of the time, if the ability's coefficient is 0.08 (like sprint) you'll only get that fury 8% of the time.

It would seem to indicate that HOTA-Smash has a 80% coefficient.

should consider using a skorn anyway so much more damage and especially if youre planning on using weapons master anyway with a hota build for the crit chance

Hrrm budget  got 2,2 millions at the moment, life time high heh. Going for IK 2set next, by gloves or boots.

But. I have fun, especially now that the build works quite smoothly.

dont really know what to expect here. i def cant keep wotb forever. in high density areas its no prob ofc, for most act2/act1 areas its a different story. also when a single elite is left after evrything is dead it sometimes runs out too.
should i just pull the whole area and kill evrything at once?

found the IK helm,gloves and the vile ward. paid 1m for lacunis, 22 for ik chest, 1,5m for belt,6 for the depth diggers,8 for the boots, like 1-2m each on the weapons.
seems like i can do mp6 decently. ofc not with the killspeed of my 240k dps archon wiz but its okish and rather safe. still where to go from here? (outside of gems, waiting for maybe another dupe phase ;P)
also i got a ~1350 300str 190critdmg skorn that is a big improvement in charscreen dps but fury generation isnt so seksy it seems, guess i need a ton ias for 2hand?

Yes, you'll need more attack speed. 6% more will get you to 6.67 ticks on the mainhand in WotB, and 11% more will get you to 7.5 ticks on the offhand. If you want to switch to a skorn,, you'll need even more IAS to ensure that it ticks at a reasonable rate.
For moderately low MP I would suggest weapon throw as a method to maintain fury and wotb. If you're struggling with WotB uptime at higher MP, you just have to work on your fury management and try to end the fight with as much fury and berserker time as possible. Spam BR + sprint when you have good tornadoes in place to reduce wotb time, switch to your fury generator while spamming sprint when the elite is almost dead, then leave quickly once it's done.
You should also be getting lifesteal on one of your weapons. Lifesteal is already more than half of your healing, you should get rid of the LOH on your weapons for more. I would also upgrade the belt to one with more strength, belts can have a max of 300 strength so 95 is too low.

as said wotb is mostly fine, its just small singles and in general the less crowded areas where it drops. and i dont see how to avoid that for the areas like oasis whre i often spend 5-10secs just searching for another few monsters to kill.its not like archon which i can stack up on a big pack and then clear the rest of the level cause i have 90secs of archon left.
for ticks guess i need to read up on that but sure i can squeeze 6% ias in there somewhere. lifesteal weapon is way harder since they cost aton. belt upgrade will come, lotsa auctions running out tonight maybe i can snipe one ~ also i guess i want a fast mainhand for more procs? and how important is mainhand dmg over a less dps crit dmg one?
what would you say is required ehp(and maybe dps/effective lifegain) for lets say mp8farming and high mp ubers? didnt try ubers yet on the barb since wiz as cm is just too good even with baddy tank eq. but i know barbs are damn good at ubers ~~
/edit btw my first str hellfire ring jsut rolled 4crit,30 avg dmg and a socket at 199str. better then all my ~13 int ones.

There's nothing about your gear that really stands out so now it's about gradually upgrading. I'd start with getting ik helm and belt with more str. You should get 200 more str on those two combined at a reasonable price. Also your left ring does little for your dps but i guess you replaced it with the hellfire ring already. After that, some more offensive lacunis and possibly attack Speed on ik gloves. Then all you need is an awesome mh (though yours isn't bad) and you're set. You can easily drop some vita for more dps. 35k life with 600 ar with Shout is enough. I have very similar Life steal to yours with 150k unbuffed dps and 33k life and can Solo mp10 (of course I don't cuz it takes forever to kill stuff). Also can Solo kill mp6 ubers in a 4player Game.

A typical run takes me 45 minutes.I know it is not efficient but I am not running for experience...
I kinda hit a wall on raising my dps any further and any advice would be greatly appreciated..
I was thinking of changing the helm with a IK one with lots of strength..but it is too expensive.
Hard choices ..as i am willing to go to a maximum of 100 mil for 1 pice(at least 3-4k more dps).

Lacuni bracers first, you need 24% ms. Then IK helm. You can drop a bit of resistances, so get a IK helm with +armor, they're very cheap.

Thanks for the advice but i am a bit reluctant to drop my bracers.I will lose life,dps and str for extra 12% ms.
For MP5 12% would have mattered but on MP7 it takes more time to kill stuff so I fill dps is a bit more important
than extra 12% ms.
On MP7 i manage to stay 95% of the time in wotb due to big health on monsters.
What would be the optimal ar needed not to die on high mp?I currently die on MP7 only if
i am boxed in by some nasty monsters.

Haven't played my barb in a while and I know the gear is pretty dated - using a friend's from when the game just came out so it's pretty crappy.
