i guess your name was similiar to somebody who got hacked and the GM made a mistake. It happened in WoW before.

I have a question: Where is the best way to power-level? Is azmodan runs still the best after the nerf?

Simple Question: Is it possible to roll an Affix lvl of 70 (Pillaging) on items right now and if so, how and when? Do i need a certain iLvl on the item? i cannot find an answer in the interwebs and i searched for over an hour now.
|
Never heard of such an affix... You might want to stay away from non-blizzard affilated sites until the hacking issue has been resolved. AFAIK, the highest item level is 63, don't know if affixes have higher levels.
|
Diferent item levels mean diferent possible afixes on items.
This website show possible affixes for every item: http://d3db.com/home I'm not sure the database is completelly acurate, but it should be close to it, at least.

Can you get to hell at any level? Would it be possible for my friend to rush me to hell on my level 10 wizard? :D

Level 30 for nightmare btw. You will gain a lot of exp from quest completion, but normal mobs won't due to scaling down of exp.

Im sure this has been asked before but ive looked around for 15 mins and can't find the answer --
What stats are NOT included in a weapons DPS that I should take into account when buying a weapon.
In particular I want to know about +% weapon damage and +%Attack speed
I know that stats are not included in the DPS
I noticed at the start of the thread somebody said weapon damage doesn't but I wanted confirmation as I have heard otherwise.

What does +% life use as its base? Like, does it get factored in before/after all vit or something else?

Do NV stacks help with goblin drops as well? I often run into a goblin when doing butcher runs and I'm wondering if I should leave him alone and come back once I got the 5NV.

Probably not a simple question, but since i reinstalled my windows (using ssd now) diablo3 sometimes starts to stutter extremely when i start other programs. This affects the whole system. Taskmanager shows 50% cpu usage for d3. closing d3 helps, but when i restart it it immediately starts to stutter again. Only rebooting windows seems to fix this problem. Any guess what the cause for that is? By other program i mean literally everything. Sometimes it starts when i open firefox, sometimes when i open Evemon, sometimes when i open teamspeak.

Considering you've reinstalled windows that would be my first guess.

I've never seen anyone mention it before, but you can tell the ilvl of an item by how it looks. I haven't looked at actual weapons yet, but only armor (head, chest, gloves, etc). I had figured this out some time ago, but my friend had a huge argument with me and said blizzard wouldn't do something this stupid, and I finally realized how to prove it. I don't know what they look like for other classes, but how to check?
Go to the AH: 1) Put in All Res 55, lvl 60 only req. You will see 3 different colors of armor, not knowing which is which at this time. 2) Put in All Res 61, 60 req. One of the colors magically disappeared! That is because the max roll of ilvl61 for All Res is <61, I think it's 60 (or 59 not in-game can't remember). Now you know the color that is gone - that color is ilvl61. 3) Put in All Res 71, 60 req. Another disappeared, and now all armor are all the same color. This is ilvl63, and the color that is now gone was ilvl62.
This only works for rares/blues, as legendaries all have unique looks.
I know for Barb, Black = ilvl61, Silver/Gold Finish = ilvl62, Black&Red = ilvl63
edit: oh i thought this was d3 general lolderp

How do I not die playing a wizard in nightmare? I love the DPS and splash but survivability is a real problem, if I get hit or surrounded even once I just die and I can't work out what's the best set up for skills to prevent this... What is a good skill set up for not dying?

Seriously though, unless you're using something god-awful and non-sensical as your skill setup, then there is no reason you should ever have problems as any class before at least Hell, more realistically Inferno Act II.

Why don't you just give me advice, instead of patronising me?
If you are so competent at this game then why don't you share your wisdom with those who aren't so fortunate? You will feel much better afterwards and you can stroke your enormous e-penis safe in the knowledge that you are doing your part for the community. Or I can do it for you... I don't mind.

Diamon skin (this rocks until late inferno imo)/force armor(if you are one-shoted)/blizzard... try them, if you didn't.
Also, I hope you turned on "exective mode"

Yes I have elective mode, I do use diamond skin but I'm not familiar with force armor. I did use that weird armor that uses arcane power but then i removed it so I could bind both meteor and blizzard to separate hotkeys. That's probably why I'm dying.
Thank you very much.
