Since this is beta content I don't think it really requires spoiler tags but I have put them anyway. If you don't know what happens in the beta dont read.
2 other cinematics available for beta players: + Show Spoiler +If you played the beta there is a chance that some registry/file parameters are still on your computer. If you successfully rescued cain during the beta you will be able to see 2 other cinematics that are unlocked (Act 1 introduction for every class and Cain rescue for every class).
Time to play some Guild wars 2

Will there be a concept of "bind on equip" or something similar in D3? Or can I wear armor for a couple of weeks until I find a better one, and then sell it on the auction house?

Nope, there is no item binding at all. Bashiok gave an explanation as to why:
Yeah, we realized that binding is kind of a crappy way to pull items out of the economy. If you say that the average player produces 100 items an hour and maybe gets 1 upgrade in that time, then binding at best can account for removing 1% of items from the economy. And that's being very generous at high levels.
Binding isn't really substantial in making a viable economy, but it is really good at establishing item prestige. Which is how it's used in WoW.
We expect salvaging to be compelling enough to remove a good percentage of the most valuable items from the economy. High end components obtained from salvaging high end items are needed for high end crafting and enhancement.
We're not promising anything on patch content, but we also feel that keeping up on introducing new items consistently will keep it from being possible for a glut of the best items from building as 'the best' can be a constantly moving target.

Hey, is it possible to turn closed captions on under Diablo 3 options? SC2 has it.

Are crafted items tradeable? If so, is it logical to give all rares to one player in coop and let him/her level up BS for the whole party?

All items are tradeable, so you could so that sure.

One thing still bothers me in weapon damage % in skills.
As we know, best wand for wizards have about 200-220 dmg, 1.4 atsp, one handed. Best two handed mace have 0.9 atsp and 600-620 dmg. So, dps wise its not that big of a difference, but dmg from skills is about tripled.. ofcourse, wands will have much better affixes for mages, comparing one hand vs two hand, but still.. at least at normal and nightmare where you'll kill most mobs before they touch you, big hammer wielding wizards looks possible. Or am I missing something?

The ones that digitally purchased D3 are the only ones that can download the installer?

What time does the game get released? Google says midnight PST / 3 am EST, but I want to confirm that, and I'm wondering: is the release hour global, or is it staggered, and if it is staggered, is it down by account?

Well, Jay Wilson did say he was playing a melee wizard on Inferno. Can't be more viable than that.

Asia got it first, many people are already streaming, then Europe which I believe is opening in less than an hour, then America gets it at Midnight PST.
