I don't understand the destruction of the worldstone. If Tyrael destroyed the world stone to prevent demons from spawning into the earth/sanctuary, why the trailers spawn demons like hell, I mean literally?

Hmm no, if I'm correct the Worldstone is not a gate for demons to spawn, it's a part of the original god and therefore has tremendous powers. Baal wants to corrupt it in order to turn Sanctuary (Humans) into an army in the service of hell. The worldstone also was used long ago to "lock" Nephalems' powers (humans ancestors, which with this lock slowly became humans) and it suggests they would have become more than just evil humans.
Baal successfully corrupt the stone and Tyrael chose to destroy it.

Anyone play demon hunter? I've noticed something which might be a huge scaling issue. The 1hand bows are pretty low in dmg, fast in attack speed as we all know. However adding something like 5 dexterity is a pretty minor dps increase, getting items that have + a fixed amount of dmg gives a HUGE increase in dps. Equipping a ring that adds 2 - 4 dmg increases my overall dps by 10, and this is from 40 to 50 so thats a 25% increase in DPS, from a _ring_ this can't be right. So not having the two rings that i have which in total gives 4 - 8 dmg increase, my overall dps is 30, adding the rings it jumps to 50, that is just an insane increase for two rings and feels like a complete missstep in DH design.
Because looking at this, +dmg items will far outweight the benefit of anything else that you can get, especially the main stat dexterity.

Noticed the same thing, but I think it's hard to say how much this is intended or broken. Also, I'm pretty sure the "+damage" modifiers scale the same way on any class' DPS, not just Demon Hunter.
Im guessing (emphasis on guessing), there will be alot more DEX on items than +damage, in sheer numbers. For instance, I crafted one of the lvl ~27 belts, and it had 26 str and 27 vita on it and some other less important stats on it. Most likely you will NOT be seeing +26 damage items at lvl 27.
In addition DEX gives you more dodge.
They already nerfed +damage items alot, just look at some of the old youtubde videos, where people have +3-10 damage rings.

This is not a DH feature, this is a game feature, and imo only an early game problem unless Blizzard is stupid and you can get crazy rings later while stats being low.
What you described is easy to understand. The basic formula for damage is (Weapon + damage_bonus) x (1 + Dexterity_bonus).
Therefore if you increase damage_bonus by 1 (+1 damage) you get (1 + Dexterity_bonus) as an upgrade, if you increase Dexterity_bonus by 1% (+1 dexterity) you get (Weapon + damage_bonus) x 1% as an upgrade.
Let's have two examples. Let's assume 4-8 damage rings equals a flat 6 damage and that weapon also have flat damage. Finally, let's say +6damage from rings is equivalent to +20Dex in an item value view. If you disagree with this equivalence, the argumentation still stands, one would only have to get an even higher damage weapon in the late game scenario:
1 - Let's say I have 50 Dex, a 9 Damage weapon and currently no rings. It's easy to see that since in the Beta weapon damage is low, adding 6 damage from rings is a huge increase. It will be a bonus damage of 6 x 1.5 = 9 damage going from 9 x 1.5 = 13.5 to 22.5. To get a smilar increase with Dex rings it would require that 9 x ( 1 + x ) = 22.5 which means x is 1.5, this means 150 Dex therefore an increase of 100Dex. In this early game scenario rings are definitely superior.
2 - Now let's say I have the option of taking 20 dex rings or +6damage. If my weapon is at 100damage and I have an initial dex of 100, 20dex will give me a direct increase of 20Damage (20% x 100) wherease +6damage would only give me 6x(1+1) = 12 damage. In this later game scenario dexterity is a lot better. But what if my base dex was 200 instead of 100 ? This would mean the damage rings give 24 while the dex rings still give only 20. You could argue that the late game would provide better rings, but it doesn't matter, if item value is conserved we can so assume that say a +24damage ring would be equivalent to a +60dex ring and then the argument would still hold.
Conclusion: In the later game, dexterity value increases with your weapon (and +damage) while +damage value increases with your dexterity. There is no way yet to know if it's broken and if it means +damage rings will scale fast enough to catch up with an increase in dexterity and weapondamage. The potential for a good balance exists, you gotta just wait and see.

3 questions
question 1: can leoric drop yellow items after the firstkill? i played 6 chars: 6 times yellow (sometimes multiple) drops at firstkill ~ 20 kills after the firstkills to lvl to 13 --> 0 yellow items.
question 2: yellow sabre tooths are worthless for the beta, right? you cant craft anything that u can wear with it anyways, no?
question 3: since 3 days, i cannot log in anymore. i constantly get "you have been disconnected from the bnet service" no idea why, nothing changed.

There are random events that can happen in 2/3 crypts (because one is the real one) that give nice chunks of experience and they are really small dungeons as well.

what i have to do? I'd suggest right-clicking on the desktop icon, and select "Restore previous versions." Something did not update properly for you so your launcher is perma-fucked. Restoring will hopefully allow you to update again however, i'm not 100% positive that it will fix your problem. If you can't find another solution then reinstalling will be your only choice.

So I know a weapons base damage is the base damage for a spell, and the attack speed is the cast rate. Additional bonus damage on the weapon is added to the spell damage, but what about elemental damage? I know it gets added, but is it converted to the spells damage type or does it retain what it was on the weapon? See, when I fire a magic missile using a weapon with poison damage I can see a green smoke puff or whatever which indicates poison damage but does it really deal poison damage?

It's different that's for sure, but it's pretty simple.
Level x -> Unlock skill -> level y -> unlock a rune for said skill. Equip a skill and a rune if you want for said skill to use it.
