With ESL One Cologne coming upon us, it is only natural that the true fanboy in people will start to rise up! And of course, what better way to display and prove your fanboyism to others on a counter-strike forum than to make some Sig Bets!
But really what are Sig Bets? Sigs are the signatures underneath a person's post that adds some flair, information, or something cool about them. It's also a way for someone to display their philosophy, mantra, views, quotes, etc. And of course, it's also a great way to humilate others
. Thus, the process for doing a sig bet is as follows: One person proposes a hypothetical situation with an obvious win/lose outcome. Another person then can choose to accept by responding to that proposal with their challenge, proposed sig for the original proposer should he lose the bet. The original proposer can accept this by replying back with his proposed Sig for the loser. We'll keep track of all bets made in the OP and thus make sure that people adhere to their bets. Another thing to note is that your sigs can be witty, funny, hilarious, and of course humiliating but don't overdo it nor make it nsfw enough that banlings have to step in to fix stuff. And of course multiple people can join in together on the same bets. The more, the merrier! And lastly, you can challenge people directly, no need to wait for a challenger with your proposal if you got some beef to settle with them.EXAMPLE SIG BET PROCESS

Bob decides that he wants to make a sig bet on the fact that NiP will not make the finals. So he makes a post similar to this manner in the thread
Kevin, an itching anti-NiP fan sees that someone has the audacity to think that NiP is going to make the finals again. He responds to Bob's post with a fanboy response and his challenge which will be Bob's sig should NiP not make it
Of course, Bob has some friendly beef with Kevin because of a couple of heated games in the community nights (you should play in those!) and accepts
and depending on the outcome of the tournament, the loser has to change their sigs.
