When I look at my stats, I see a % and the actual value. What is the % a percentage of? I see people talking about breakpoints of say, 27% haste, what does that mean exactly? | ||

How much % you get depends on your level, but at maxlevel, 1% haste is 375 rating on gear, 1% crit and mastery is 400, 1% versatility is 475. Breakpoints mean when you reach a point where the stat loses value. For example: Ret paladins have a spell that buffs all other spells. At exactly 32% haste its cooldown is exactly as short as its uptime, so at this point every time the buff drops you can reapply it and thus every other spell you do will always get buffed. This is a breakpoint, from 32% onwards haste loses value. | ||

It's kinda sad to see ppl who started at the same time as me as Tank/Healer switch to their DPS setup and does 30% more dmg than me... Don't really get how they optimized their gear with much less time spent. | ||

Cant help you with your specific class but maybe could have a look at guides, for example icy veins. Also if you could link a log (from warcraftlogs.com) of one of your raids I am sure someone here with knowledge of your class could give you some pointers. | ||

Faster legendary rate, maybe a bit expensive and i still find that resource annoying since it has lockouts and some rules to be able to collect (if the quest wasn't in your log for a raidclear then too bad, you got zero and can't get any from raid until next week) | ||

I was a top teir raider for 4 years in one of the best Alliance guilds (imo, we were second to Inner Sanctum on Silvermoon at least) in Europe Nevermore and I did a damn good job healing with them. The guild folded, I took a break and ever since I can't get in any groups for anything because I missed (3 expansions now) worth of initial gearing phase. I can't even get into random normal runs for anything because my ilvl isn't high enough. It's so stupid, people don't care about experience they care about an arbitrary number. LFR is awful, I don't even know if it's a thing in Legion but it destroyed my soul doing it in WoD. Every LFR I was top healing by miles and it was boring as hell. I just don't have the time to raid properly anymore in a guild  | ||

Buy 2 craftable items that go up to 935, kill worldbosses, farm some invasions and get 910 items from the vendor. Then, especially if youre a healer, just start your own group to play your m+ key until you have like all slots 940. Including legendaries and the occasional titanforge you will have 945 and can join heroic antorus runs, though it can be hard without the curve achievement at this time but they dont check healers too often. This can all be done within 1 or 2 weeks. If you cba to do that, dont expect random people to carry you through content. | ||

Most cases at 27-30% haste you will gain 1 more global during the battle cry window having not played in a while atleast since night hold its usually enough for a furious slash or whirlwind since most of the time raging blow/bloodthirst will be on cd. you can maybe clip an extra rampage but you most likely wont get crits unless its off the first 1-3 hits, though this varies with luck of course latency at that. | ||
