Having a consistent reduction on both of those make them even more appealing (Black ox is already the best in its line, these bracers would make it even better). Taking Fort from its 3-3.5 min cd to possibly a 2-2.5 min cd would be rather amazing.
Well the bracers also make it so in M+ you can stack a 5min ISB in just a few trash packs and only use purifying lol
Bracers + boots just sounds ridiculous as far as how often it makes Fort brew available for dungeons. And fort brew is a Turn into God button these days.

Cena seems pretty easy now since we just overgear him so much (he seems set up for i865-870 with artifact level 25-30, not 885 with 35+)
What was wiping over and over again trying to push p3 with 1 second left on the timer about a month ago is now pushing it with 15 seconds left on the timer even with 1 or 2 people dead
rly short fight with the hard phase ending at ~2:40 as well so if it fails you can just start over

Yeah, Cenarius is one of those fight where gear makes a big difference. Especially if you can use the zerg strat.

This already happens without the bracers though. If you are running Black ox Brew and Blackout Combo for talents, as well as non stop pulling, people are already ending M+ with 3+ minutes on ISB.
The big winner on the bracers is Fort brew, especially if you have your artifact worked out mostly. A portion of our artifact just makes Fort brew a win more button, which I think is crazy. I wouldn't mind having the bracers for tanking.

Blizz has been having some fun with the emissaries on EU, we got a second kirin tor emissary which was also free (log in, log out, log in again and it's done)
Today there was another issue where 2 emissary quests for a bunch of people disappeared when partway through their expected duration. In response they seem to have respawned those quests for everyone which appeared as 2 random new emissary quests if you'd already cleared them

Yea, and the kirin tor is now flagged as non completed if you didnt turn it in in time but there is no kirin tor wq so you cant finish it. How is legion so fucking buggy.

I only play BrM and MW on my alt monk, but I know many WW that have been trying to get SEF fixed since Legion launch. I hope they do actually fix it properly so its an actual good choice (atm Serenity out performs it in a lot of fights, but on PTR I heard they nerfed Serenity massively)

On its own it's not the largest nerf in the world, it's about 5% in single target. However it's at a time when Serenity is our only option, and when WW Monks are in the bottom third of dps. People like Babylonius and Panda have given tons of constructive feedback in a very polite manner to Blizzard yet in return we've had absolutely zero communication about problems that have been around since beta.

Sadly this is the case for a lot of classes. Rogues have given a lot of feedback for PvP and still have nothing to show for it. Top ranked rogues that have PvP'd for years are leaving the game because we are sub 2 million life and -40% agi in instances PvP. And we don't have any of our control given back to us, where most of our specs are only 1, maybe 2 ways to cc people.
Definitely a tough patch for a lot of people.

What do you guys think about mythic+ AP rewards? Right now we have a low amount from level 2, but 1.6x more from level 4+ which makes it a great level to run IMO.
Level 7 gives ~1.25x more than level 4, an amount that can be very hard to justify and level 10 gives ~1.2x more than level 7, again pretty small
With a great group in theory you can smash through 10's, get a similar amount of AP per hour as 4's and get more chance at usable loot as well but in practice i'm finding most of my playtime going to lower levels for optimization even on the weeks with affixes biased towards making low levels hard and high levels easier

If you cast it 100 times, what's the longest sequence of no crits that you would expect? This is the type of thing that's unlikely at any given moment but happens at some point during every pull on Odyn

Longest sequence of no crits would probably be 3 or 4, 5 (1% chance) seems rather unlikely and 6 would be extreme (~.04% chance). But this is just a general comment. You likely won't notice not critting 4 spells in a row, compared to 4 of the same spell in a row.
The way they display numbers at you with how crits are bigger and more vibrant (unless you use an add on) will make it feel like you are critting more things than you might actually be.
On my rogue I notice them more because I gain CP with crits. I sometimes have Mutilate not crit in 2 casts (MH/OH can crit separately so 4 chances @ 44/45% crit), but its very unlikely for me at that crit rate to not crit 4 in a row already.
