Or how it made pvz just zerg trying to somehow kill stalker colossi with roach/hydra/corrupter the first few months after release? | ||

No hope left for toss. carrier brought back...with an older ability overload: carrier is locked into place for 12 seconds and interceptors double in attack speed for 6 secounds then dock for 6 seconds for for repairs...... something like that | ||

The AE is unique (no other unit does damage in a line like that), the cliffwalk ability is rare, being attackable through air is unique (otherwise vikings and corruptors had no place in a vs Toss game at all). The rest you say is a bit strange... What do you want? Terran just mass bio and 4 ghost every game? And whining about what happend when people learned the game - i really don't know what to say about that.. Well, toss has no counter, cause they made void ray useless (wrong targeting, no real damage vs massive, expensive). | ||

The brood lord isn't exactly interesting, but the zealot is used throughout the entire game and is at least interesting in PvZ. And while infestor's fungal growth is a stupid spell mainly due to it's anti-micro effect, infested terrans/neural parasite are more interesting than a mobile siege tank that requires the opponent to build a unit which is otherwise useless supply. | ||

The oracle is the most changed unit in this game so far, with so many bad changes. How is scanning with the oracle a helpful tool? Observers already fufill that role better. The tempest has pathetic damage for its fire rate, how is that even going to help against a end game deathball that has vipers or any decent air to air? | ||

What is interesting about being used the entire game? And in ZvP he is so interesting, that nobody builds him later on, because he is so useless watching the B'lords flying in. Or if build, he is a: Throw those minerals somewhere and let them run into a spinecrawler wall at some expansion. I like the colossus, because Toss needs a second AE options (or it would be templars every game after 12min mark) and the colossus is very different to the HT and different to any other unit in the game. I think at top level, without the colossus, the game would be a lot worse in 2 matchups. Aynway: It's about HotS. I really hope, Blizzard understands, that toss needs high dps units. Otherwise HotS Toss will be the same as WoL Toss, because you can't win a macrogame without either colossus or HT. | ||

Uh Toss has high DPS units, colossi/templar are very dps and I know you said without either of them but in bw you needed one of them to. You can win with just gateway units but it has to be early game. The problem is you can't buff them or anything thanks to warp in or they would be way to strong. I think hots toss will be the same, need to get templar/colossi and have that strong deathball. I don't see it being different as the only way I can ever see that changing is buffing gateway units and removing warpgate (which we know won't happen sadly). | ||
