Destiny lives of the controversy/entertainment of his stream. And that involves profanities and morally questionable behaviour. So both parties agreed that it is in their best interest to part ways

There is a larger difference in me using the word "nigger," and me saying "all niggers should burn and be wiped from the face of the earth." One is hate speech, and one is just a word. This makes no sense, because regardless of what context you use nigger in, people are going to assume you mean it in the most offensive way possible. It doesn't matter if you say "That nigger is going to the store" Or "All niggers should burn". Also I find it pretty funny you took what I said and responded that if you feel the need to express your racism, you would use racist language. No shit? Racist or ignorant people tend to do that. My point was that you can express your viewpoints without being demeaning to an entire group of people if you aren't a racist, and aren't ignorant. There are a line of comedians that make money off that type of language. There are also people part of organizations and gangs that have it in their best interest to be able to speak that way. And was an attack really necessary? Ones in need of psychiatric help would be the individuals that cannot cope when they see or hear certain words or phrases. It's like individuals that seek assistance in overcoming irrational fears that they have; this is no different. What are you even arguing for here? I don't find it acceptable that comedians make their careers off saying "nigger" or anything else along those lines. I honestly think if you can't express yourself (and you aren't racist) without having to use racist slurs, then yes you need to go to therapy or something.
To address your post my points are in bold.

Yeah i know its pretty hard to imagine but some of the ppl who spoke up on this ussue might actually be "gooks" or "niggers" who really felt offended. Yes the Starcraft community actually consists of black and asien ppl aswell. Even tho the everage whiteguy might not belive it. Destiny had it coming and his stance of not apollogizing actually was the nail in the coffin.
To all the Destiny supporters i can only say: try having a job, you will soon realize that there are basic rules of interaction that might not get you in trouble with the law but with the ppl you have to interact with.

Okay, I want to say something here. There is a really big difference between just saying a word like "nigga" and calling an asian person a gook. Think about it IRL, you may use the n-word regularly with your friends or casually. But if an African American walks into you on the sidewalk, you don't call him a nigger. Why? Because it would be unbelievably racist and horrendously offensive! There's also a big difference between an insult used in jest, and an insult meant to hurt someone.
Destiny saw the Korean writing in the chat he knew his opponent was asian; he didn't use the term in jest, he wasn't using it casually. He was pissed and in his reaction used a racial slur against his opponent; it was meant to hurt and offend him at the greatest degree. Comparing this to HuK tweeting "nigga" is an absurd straw man argument.
I'm not arguing whether Destiny should or should not have been fired, frankly I'm not sure I even care. But what he did was certainly on a different level of sevarity than the other things this guy mentioned. Destiny also has a long history of conducting himself poorly and being generally offensive. This wasn't a one time deal like the alleged offense Incontrol caused this female gamer. This was part of a larger pattern of behavior.
As far as Idra goes, EG owner Alex has mentioned before that he has spoken to Greg about some of the things he has said. EG has clamped down on it. Idra has also been banned from TL a whopping 21 times, including both a 30 day and a 90 day. So don't try to argue that there haven't been repercussions for Idra. I'll conceed perhaps the reaction hasn't been as severe, but then Idra has been in this community far longer than just about any foriegner. I think his veteran status affords him some leeway in the pro-gaming scene in the minds of the fans.

We don't know if that's true or not. Sometimes an employer will give you the option of leaving rather than firing or cutting a player/employee. What it does say is at the very least Quantic liked Destiny enough not to just cut him over this in order to send a message. That's better treatment than what Orb got. But to me it wouldn't make sense for Destiny to choose to leave, given that he doesn't think he did anything wrong.

This kind of thing is so ironic, because when I tell people I play SC I don't want them thinking of people like Destiny who casually throw out language so offensive like it has always meant "stupid", and associating them with how I must act.

The notion of holding "public figures" responsible for what they say and do is a GOOD thing. It's a time honored tradition in fact. Players, casters, leagues and other eSports organizations need to realize that the community holds more power than ever before. Good or bad, right or wrong. Sponsors need to also realize this, using WISDOM, and take some of what the community spews out with a grain of salt. This mindless mob mentality is a symptom of success.
Organizations(players, teams, leagues) need to come to some agreement with sponsors on a protocol for these incidents. Dropping a player off of a team or a caster out of a league is NOT the answer.

YES, damn it. You don't get to force others to conform to your beliefs! Yo, no one forced him to do anything. How can you say that? I mean... no, no one went to his home and physically forced him to things. But this whole situation is about people attempting to force him to comply with their wishes, or else face whatever consequences they are able to impose on him. If I point a gun at you and demand your wallet, would you say that I'm not forcing you to give me your wallet, because you still get to choose your actions in that situation? Let's not turn this into an argument of semantics. Perhaps my response should have been "You don't get to attempt to force others to conform with your beliefs." Is that clearer?
So, someone pointed a gun at Destiny and said "say 'gook' one more time, motherfucker. I dare you!"
No, man. They informed him sponsors of his behavior - HIS behavior - and his sponsors apparently voiced their displeasure to his team.
If you think asking someone not use racial slurs is the same as forcibly compelling a person to abandon their morals in favor of yours, then I really do not know what to say to you.
