There's one from the video author that you could have just copy pasted for example: If there's no sound on your xsplit recordings, this is the solution: You have to convert the file into another format, I would recommend .FLV file. Converter download link : http://www.flvconverter.org/download/flvconverter_setup.exe webpage : http://www.flvconverter.org It doesn't take long at all! and this can convert it into a better quality too! The problem with Speex is that it's not a very common codec, so not that many players will actually play it. VLC, which usually plays pretty much everything, has support for Speex, but it's currently bugged. So the solutions are: - Convert the file to a format with a different codec, like the link from the OP described (why such information is posted as a YT video of someone typing out the instructions is beyond me. Just blog it if it's pure text.) - Get the premium version of Xsplit - Ignore the issue if you're recording for YouTube uploads as YouTube recognizes and converts the audio properly. Only downside here is that you can't check the recording before uploading. | ||
