It has now been shown that you cannot trust casters to understand the technology they must be hand-held and watched to ensure they follow the rules. This is how it is done for other casters in other sports and for a reason the caster is there to cast not to deal with complicated internet technology and rule comprehension. Why am I not surprised when I look at your warning/ban history that you've already been banned, surprise, by Chill. You can take your passive aggressive bullshit to another website.
