Pretty sure we know which kind you're going to be when you grow up. Isn't that almost true for all drunks regardless of race? The happy and the angry drunk stereotypes? Either way you're correct in your assessment of which he'll be.
You probably haven't been around enough drunk koreans. There's a definite percentage of koreans who are just ticking time bombs when they get drunk, and I see this waaaay more with korean guys than guys of other races. Somehow they feel like they have to be super masculine but are super insecure at the same time so when they get drunk a number of them just flip shit. Get a number of chinese people drunk and its just lol. If you get a group of korean guys together and get them drunk at least one of them will start getting loud and angry. At least that's my experience here in the US, could be different in korea.

You're making us look so shitty; a lot of your claims are unfounded, sweeping generalizations and the image you portray is not even close to an accurate representation of the younger Korean generation. Jesus, if you said you were gonna focus on the 1.5 generation, do just that, don't shit on the natives while doing so

" I only get annoyed/pissed off/rage when they try to hit on our women." why?

Edit: 2 posts late
Yeah, I feel it's probably a cultural difference between Korea proper and Korean Americans. The Korean-Candians I knew were much more likely to get angry and try to prove something than the Koreans I know.
Also, in Korea it's very common to demand settlement, or "blood", money if someone hits you, so starting fights can be an expensive affair. It's also a semi-common scam to try and egg stupid drunk foreigners (who often don't know about blood money) on to hit you so that you can demand blood money.

This guy is a serious troll. Most likely a lonely person.

Koreans are very closed off as a race to other races, therefore make ridiculous assumptions and put up walls in front of other races. This is racism of the korean people. There's no holocaustic hate. For a non korean person going to Korea, it's going to be their job to break down these walls and misconceptions people have about different races. There's going to be walls. People aren't going to as open to you, as they might be to korean people. It's kind of a hard thing to do, to fight through this misconception called "racism", 8 year old boy. I'd argue that this is the same in most Countries, states even. I grew up in Hawaii before I moved to California, there is a very strong hate towards most tourists (unless you're a hot girl) Typically people in Hawaii view all of the people coming on cruise ships as overweight white americans who just consume and throw garbage everywhere. Coming to hawaii at the age of 14 as some skinny white kid with a rich dad I won't lie, it sucked. I got picked on at first, then I got into canoeing Tradional Hawaiian style and I broke that barrier and once you're in, you realize how amazing this place actually is.
To the OP. I'm assuming based on your post that your friends are largely of Korean descent, how would you feel about a white guy dating a Korean girl you know if he actually embraced the culture (spoke Korean, was familiar with the etiquette etc)

My family would be considered to be in the 1% of the U.S. population in terms of wealth, but even this is considered really poor, for the average Korean American. (From my view of the world, since I have only lived in rich suburbs my entire life, and all my korean school mates are richer than I am.) Technically speaking, my family makes like over $120K per year at the least, and don't pay taxes because my dad is a freelancer and therefore puts unemployed on his whatever he does for taxes, and takes 100% of what he makes. My mom works for a Korean company, which means that they do some underhanded dealings where she only makes "minimum wage." They give her most of her wages in cash.
Just want to point out that 120k a year family income is nowhere even close to top 1% of US... Your family is upper middle class at best, but i'm hoping this whole thread is a troll.
