Unless a specific player is playing, or other factors influence the game:
TvZ > TvT > PvZ > PvP > ZvZ > PvT
PvP is getting more fun to watch: it's so tense, so knife-edge and allows for some many amazing micro plays (seriously, JYP vs MC at HSC4 was one of the best series I have ever seen).
Terran matchups apart from PvT are at the top for obvious reasons. PvT is getting LESS fun to watch because Protoss are figuring out that getting a deathball is the best way to win (unless you are MC) and you end up with either 1) blob vs blob stalemate-y conditions followed by one (normally Protoss) rolling over the other, or 2) a cheese/early all-in from one side (normally Terran).
PvZ is also getting more exciting to watch because Protoss are actually attacking without going all-in. Harassment = fun to watch.

It used to be the old TvT when there used to be a million different strategies you could employ. Now it is definitely ZvT because of how awesome it looks. PvZ can also be good.
And obviously PvP is the worst to watch

TvP definitely is my favorite when the terran player is dropping constantly and spreading the protoss thin (or vice versa aka Hero V Thorzain game 1 in IPL FC). other than that second favorite is definitely a TvT in which one player is going mech and the other is going bio. So intense!!

I hate PvZ/PvT lategame... those ball armies are just BS. Protoss overall is the most fucked up race in so many aspects.

2months ago it was clearly TvZ... but PvZ has gotten so much better lately. Also I kind of like highlevel ZvZ, though only very few players are capable of playing the macro game well without dying to all the aggression all the time.
Also, a well played Bio vs Mech TvT is still just soooo entertaining!
So in conclusion: Still TvZ, but not by a lot anymore.

I like PvZ since I like both protoss and zerg the most. As well as I know a lot about this match up. There's a ton of different possibilities and plays from both sides.

pvt late game is so much fun to watch. tvz is also fun, but i feel as if theres not many new exciting parts of the matchup, even after the ghost nerf.

Anything with a Zerg is dynamic. Protoss is one of the more boring races to play. Terran is mixed xd

I think they are all fairly even, except ZvZ it's by far the most worse matchup.

Agree completely. TvZ, TvT, and PvZ are very dynamic, well-developed matchups. PvT is getting to be nearly unwatchable, because, as you said, it's either a 40 minute game with a protoss deathball rolling the terran lategame or a 1-1-1 or other allin from the terran trying to end the game before it gets to that point.
