This is what happens when you bully people, you really shouldn't be pushing it. With heavy bullying it usually leads to either this or suicide for the person getting bullied. I believe that every bully is a terrible human being and this "loss" for us is in my opinion nothing but a good thing, hopefully he won't get charged with anything else either.

he got followed by a group of kids who were way bigger and 3 years older than him who were hitting him thats scary as fuck.... Someone where I lived died a year ago from something like this he was a youth pastor who tried to stop a fight and then 3 kids I went to school with beat the fuck out of him and then kicked him in the head a couple of times after he stopped moving and then ran off... Hearing about shit like that with 3 people chasing you I can understand how someone would do something like this.
The person who died was far from innocent and he deserved it... he tormented another human being for a year how is that okay?

Most bullies are infinitely stronger (physically) to their victims, and if its in a group it could be even worse. Somebody could have snatched the knife off him and then the enraged bullies could've assault the kid with even more force/anger. I'm actually dissapointed in how you believe the bully was the stronger of the two? Having to use a punching bag to feel important? What a weak nothing.
In self defense, act first, think later, it's the safest thing to do.

He was bullied for a year. Imagine yourself being shamed and publicly humiliated every day, not to mention live with the anxiety of being physically harmed. An adolescent brain is very vulnerable during this period, and i think he just snapped

A 14 year old kid shouldn't be stupid enough to actually think that no victim will ever strike back. Being cruel to another human being just for kicks for such a long time is more than enough for me to deem the bully's life worth nothing. Especially - if we regard the late trends - it may save another, I'm perfectly fine with with seeing the bully dead rather than the victim. Those crying murder here...have you ever attended highschool? You rat out your bully to your parents/teacher, chances are you get even lower on the foodchain. Best case scenario, it takes a week for the bullies' parents to get notified and even then if that's the first time, they most likely won't give a shit. By the time they believe that their cute little boy beats up others for fun you'll be more than justified to stab him.

Just wanna point out that its only been stated that he showed the knife to his friends, which I assume excludes the bully. So the bully did not necessarily know about the knife.

Wow. You need to ease up on the non sequitur. Justifying self-defense does not mean that a person's life is worthless.
The killing was absolutely justified because the kid's own life was in danger, and there was no way he was going to safely injure-but-not-kill his aggressor with the rest of the bullies crowded around the attack.
Fact: The bully was beating the shit out of him and probably would have killed him if he hadn't killed the bully first.
And Khaine: Self-defense doesn't warrant any charges, because he didn't ask to be bullied or attacked in the first place. If the physical aggressors had left him alone, the one kid wouldn't be dead. It's the bullies' fault that one of them is dead.
