that's a damn good question. I also noticed he got noticeably handsomer. I always thought it was cuz he wasnt wearing glasses anymore.

I've always said that Kal and GGPlay were the ugliest lookin dudes back then.
Then they took off their glasses and looked decent.
Pretty sure it's just the glasses.

The 2009 picture isn't posed while the others are, so it's really tough to compare the two. But it does seem that Kal did have some "improvements" to his body.

Tbh it just looks like his face matured a little. Like his cheeks fleshed out a bit which makes his chin seem a bit less...pronounced. As for his lips...you cant really compare with the pic you have...because he's pursing them. Based on the picture halfway down the first page though, i'd say its fairly unlikely.

Yes, he had correctional jaw surgery according to my friends in the Korean STX fanclub. It wasn't just for aesthetic reasons, but to help correct the issues he had with eating and jaw pain.

I don't think comparing eight pictures before to one picture after is fair. Also, that last picture was taken at a weird angle.
However, if I ignored the unfairness of the comparison, I would have to say that it does seem as if he had plastic surgery.

i want corrective jaw surgery. seriously, my jaw pops every time i open my mouth too wide. it's been this way for the past 6 ish years, grandma has it too
