imo toss is the strongest early/earlymid at sub-pro level. get matches vs pros by crushing diamond league, i read somewhere there will be a proleague on bnet above diamond early in the beta. im assuming thats still valid. invite-only pro division i believe it was called agreed on sub-pro. i've just been watching a ton of pro matches and terran seems to have a slight edge; even white-ra had a losing percentage vs T and even got creamed a few times. thanks for the tip on finding pros. last phase i was in a diamond league but only came across 3 pros out of a ton of matches.
yea its just so easy to make a nice viable unit comp as P, then a-move ur ball into the enemy while shield/fielding w/sentries and focusing w/whatever. before ghosts come out i think its a clear edge for toss. zerg is just screwed lol... imo.
edit: ignoring obvious tank imba, altho immos do counter well especially w/o highground for T

Idk IMO marauders are only really strong if you try straight stalkers or straight zealots against them
but a nice mix of zealots(they have to kite them) stalkers (damage) and sentrys for shield make dealing with them not nearly as difficult as i thought at first

Yep, 8 stalkers vs 8 marauders the marauders win but 4 stalkers/2lots/2sentry the toss mix wins.

there u go, that says it perfectly. unit comp is ur friend as toss. its alot tougher w/ terran imo as everything hard-counters and nothing is just all around good. ie, rines rauders and tanks is probly the same as rauders n tanks, as rines hellions n tanks, etc. basically you have tanks and you have flak for them. your flak is only good if it does some damage while not dying.

the concuss shells are just super strong and so cheap/early to get out. i am able to kite any stalks/lots. sentries which are suppose to be the counter early to marauders just die so easily, super low shield/hp plus they are 50/100 each not to mention the expense of stalks which only give you 160 combined hp vs marauders at 125 hp for so much less cost and build time. in ur scenario i would have at least 3-4 marines because based on the min/gas your 4/2/2 requires. as for zerg you basically need baneling bust cuz mutas get owned by T's marines, turrets and thors plus roaches/hydras die easily. Ultras you need to be super good at flanking such artosis. of course ghosts are just ludicrous vs P, i think EMP should cost something. seems like T has a slightly stronger answer in most situations plus in most games T has many more diverse builds. you can go bio ball or banshee harass or mech or maraud/viking or helion harass or even lift off for fast gold.
