oh its downloading the new patch for me now (us server)

interesting unit changes for zerg in this patch. anyone think they will make any other unit changes before the release? seems like terran mech has an edge vs toss and zerg in the late game assuming both players are fairly equal in skill and resources. Also marauders are pretty strong early game vs anything toss has and helions are pretty strong vs zerg. thoughts?
anyone know how to get into matches versus the pros? perhaps ladder games are the best bet?
blizzard should just let us play the beta, we all know there will be numerous patches anyways after release so they shouldn't worry. let us have our cake to build more buzz!

Exactly I don't even care about other games now... just bought Bad Company 2 and it's entertaining, but SC2 will basically be my gaming entertainment for years to come!

imo toss is the strongest early/earlymid at sub-pro level.
get matches vs pros by crushing diamond league, i read somewhere there will be a proleague on bnet above diamond early in the beta. im assuming thats still valid. invite-only pro division i believe it was called

agreed on sub-pro. i've just been watching a ton of pro matches and terran seems to have a slight edge; even white-ra had a losing percentage vs T and even got creamed a few times. thanks for the tip on finding pros. last phase i was in a diamond league but only came across 3 pros out of a ton of matches.
